Terms of Service

Effective 1 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Topsway, a service operated by Memriq Holdings, Inc. ("Memriq", "we"). By using Topsway you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information and with the information about other people that Topsway reads for you.

What Topsway is, and what it is not

Topsway analyses a LinkedIn profile, scores it, suggests rewritten copy and helps you plan how to present yourself. Its analysis and suggestions are produced with the help of AI models and can be wrong or incomplete; check anything that matters before you rely on it. Topsway does not guarantee any outcome — a stronger profile can improve your chances of being found, but it does not promise interviews, clients, followers or income.

Topsway never posts, comments, reacts, connects, messages or edits a LinkedIn profile on your behalf. Anything you change on LinkedIn, you change yourself.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us at hi@memriq.ai if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Profiles you analyse

Use Topsway on your own LinkedIn profile, or on a profile you have a genuine professional reason to review. Do not use Topsway to track, monitor, harass or build a file on anyone. Topsway reads public profile information and, if you connect your LinkedIn session, your network as LinkedIn shows it to you; use that information only for your own professional presentation.

Connecting your LinkedIn session

Connecting your LinkedIn session is optional. If you connect it, Topsway signs in to LinkedIn as you to read your profile and network for your analysis. It may re-check your profile on its own each week only if you choose "Keep watch every week" in Settings; you can change that choice or disconnect at any time. Your use of your own LinkedIn account remains subject to LinkedIn's terms.

Plans, credits and payment

Topsway's plans are monthly subscriptions, and some analyses use credits; the price of each plan, and the credits a plan includes, are shown before you pay. Before a paid analysis starts, Topsway tells you how many credits it uses — and if you do not have enough it does not start and nothing is charged. Payments are taken by Stripe on our behalf. A subscription renews each month until you cancel it; when you cancel, it stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. Credit top-ups are one-time purchases. Changes to Topsway

Topsway is developing. Features may change, pause or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. It is provided as it is, without promises that it will be error-free.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Memriq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make using Topsway's analysis or suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility the law does not let us limit.

Ending

You can stop using Topsway at any time, cancel your plan, disconnect your LinkedIn session, and delete your account yourself in Settings, as the Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend an account that misuses Topsway as described above.
